Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, tried on, or had their lace cut.

Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all tags, hairnets, and inserts intact, then pack it into a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and send the package to our returns department; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in factory-new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
